We met Jeff completely by chance as he was assigned to us when we scheduled a tour. At the time, we had just started looking and had absolutely NO idea how to go about the process. My husband is military, we had just moved across country, and we're quite young to purchase a home, so we were very wary of people trying to take advantage of our situation. But Jeff did everything in his power to help us find a home within our price range without us having to settle. I truly believe he had our best interest at heart the entire time, and he did his best to make the entire process personal instead of just official (In other words, I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale; it always felt like he was trying to find us the best deal regardless of how ridiculous our desires were for our price range). Since he is licensed for multiple areas and we changed our mind about general location about 4 times, he was able to accommodate us accordingly. We didn't love the first properties we asked to view, and I'm the type of person to feel bad about wasting a person's time, but Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we wanted for our money. We even had to put our home search on hold completely due to medical bills, and Jeff was more than patient with us throughout everything even though we weren't sure we'd still be in the market to buy at that point. We could text him a random question at any time and he'd be right there with an answer or advice. I cannot stress enough how crucial Jeff was to us feeling comfortable with buying a house. We went from "just looking and dreaming about the possibility of owning a home" to closing escrow a few months later.

Jeff hit a home run with the sale of my Southern California home. He handled everything with class, from property manager coordination, staging, repairing, listing, showing and getting us to the closing table. Even though I was 3,000 miles from California, I was well informed and confident going into this sale. Jeff's a true pro and gets it done remarkably well; he made this too easy!

Where do I start writing a review for such an extraordinary agent that words cannot express how grateful I am to have found him? From first contact I knew he was different than any other agent I have ever worked with. He is always quick to respond and always provided more information than I asked for. To the point where I almost felt guilty for taking up so much of his time. Then I decided to purchase a property that had a current HOA litigation which presented several challenges. It is extremely difficult to find a lender for a property in a lawsuit. Jeff recommended a Broker that took the bull by the horns and was able to get me financing. This same property fell out of escrow twice before me because they couldn't get financed. Then we had trouble getting the HOA to cooperate with the paperwork. Jeff made numerous phone calls and emails attempting to get the paperwork I needed to complete the deal. When they didn't respond, Jeff actually drove down to the HOA office to get what we needed...multiple times! After we finally closed, the previous homeowner did not leave the mailbox keys or gate clickers. Jeff went and bought me new gate clickers and also paid for my new mailbox keys. So even after the deal was done, Jeff still continued to take care helping me. Thank you Jeff your tenacity and care that made what could have been a complete nightmare a dream come true. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

This was my first time purchasing a home, however we did meet with 2 different realtors very casually a year before we met Jeff. I was extremely impressed by how quick and responsive Jeff was to my inquiry, and after meeting him the first time, I immediately knew that he was the perfect realtor for us. Since then, Jeff went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He was always quick to respond, easy to communicate our needs and wants to, always provided useful information, was honest with his input on certain houses and why we should or shouldn't buy, and was assertive and respectful throughout our negotiations with the seller. It's not everyday where you can get an offer within 12 hrs of opening and kick back with your realtors 30 days later with a beer. The whole process was made easier by Paige and Jeff being so readily available to answer all our questions and calm our fears. Jeff's aggressive approach and keen knowledge of marketing techniques, generated the same amount of activity in three weeks with an acceptable offer after three weeks! Very informative, gave me updates constantly as soon as he was aware of them. Fought hard to get me a showing of the house I ended up buying. Negotiated with selling agent on several accounts including the state of the house upon closure. We were unable to come to a settlement with the seller so Jeff paid for a house cleaning for me, very much appreciated! We looked for houses in many areas and Jeff had the layout of all the places down very well. The process overall was fairly painless for me and I don't know all the details but I'm 100% sure that fact is due to Jeffs hard work and dedication.
